We offer a variety of services that are needed to meet the current demands of employers. Our services are offered to both current students as well as to graduates. Included but not limited to: Resume and Cover Letter Writing, Job Interview Preparation, and Career Development sessions. In addition to this, we also provide Externship Assignments and Job Placement Assistance.
Chester Career College understands the importance of Career Specialty training and has included externships as a part of your curriculum. The Career Services Department establishes relationships with employers that are willing to extend to you the opportunity to gain on the job training, to ask questions, Network, and to observe the day to day activities in your field of study. Your ultimate goals during your externship should be to obtain the skills needed to become successful, receive a letter of recommendation, or to possibly even be hired during your externship experience.
Job Placement Assistance
The Career Services Department will help develop a plan of action where we can work together during your job search. We will assist by regularly posting job leads, contacting employers, and hosting job fairs.
